Using the site

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your location or use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Accounts and information you provide

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for providing current, complete, and accurate order and contact information. Contact us promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission.

Products and site content

We try to present product descriptions, colors, dimensions, availability, and images accurately. Screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, packaging updates, and photography can create small differences. Please review the product page and selected variation before ordering.

Pricing and orders

Prices, promotions, taxes, shipping charges, and availability may change. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit quantities or cancel an order for inventory, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, shipping, or legal reasons. If a canceled order was charged, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Payment

You authorize the payment method selected at checkout to charge the total shown for the order. Payment services may apply their own terms and verification requirements.

Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds

Online orders for in-stock products currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship these orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or military and diplomatic postal addresses.

In-stock orders are fulfilled from U.S. warehouses. Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days after placement, with an estimated transit time of 3-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Free standard shipping is included for eligible online orders for in-stock products. Displayed product prices exclude sales tax; the buyer is responsible for applicable sales tax. Import duties are included in the selling price and are not charged separately to the buyer.

For in-stock quantities of 50 packs or more, contact support to confirm the delivery schedule. Customers in other countries may submit a wholesale or custom inquiry; order acceptance, delivery arrangements and shipping costs require separate confirmation.

If we cannot dispatch an order within the stated time, we will notify the customer of the delay and provide the option to agree to a revised dispatch date or cancel unshipped items for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Return eligibility, return shipping costs, cancellations and refund processing times are described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the selected delivery terms.

Custom and wholesale work

Quotes, proofs, minimum quantities, production schedules, payment milestones, approvals, and tolerances for custom or wholesale work may be governed by separate written terms. If separate terms conflict with this page, the separate terms control for that project.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, copy content in violation of rights, or use automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on the service.

Intellectual property

The FUNFERY name, branding, site design, copy, graphics, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product or company names belonging to others remain the property of their respective owners. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site for its intended purpose.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to or use services operated by others, including payment, shipping, social, or analytics providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and FUNFERY is not responsible for third-party sites outside its control.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. FUNFERY is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products where such a limitation is permitted. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the storefront, services, or legal requirements change. The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order unless a change is required by law. Questions about these terms can be sent to the contact address shown below.
